There is a specific format for the text key of
your array when working with checkboxes, radios and multi-selects.
The formatting includes a specific prefix followed by each selected
option with the prefix appended to the end of the option.

For example, checkboxes would use the following format:

::CONTENT-XML-CHECKBOX::Environment::CONTENT-XML-CHECKBOX::Sustainability::CONTENT-XML-CHECKBOX::

If you would like to see the formatting for the other fields,
you can read an existing Page and the returned
text element should contain the formatting.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffithtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/286534412013-09-09T21:08:03Z2013-09-09T21:08:03ZFill in values for check boxes in a data definition

It's working. Thanks so much! In the future, where could I find
documentation about something like this?

Brendantag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/286534412013-09-10T11:52:02Z2013-09-10T11:52:02ZFill in values for check boxes in a data definition

Thank you for following up, Brendan. I am glad to hear that did
the trick.

I am not seeing this documented; however, typically if I am
unsure of how to structure a request to Web Services (eg structure
data nodes or individual fields/groups) I perform a read operation
on a similar asset to see what is returned.

That being said, let me check to see if there is something
documented regarding these special fields, and if not, see if we
can post something for future reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffith
