Hello,

I'm trying to use Webservices (PHP) to create pages in Cascade, however I need the createdDate to be different so that I can create indexes ordered by creation date. If it helps, the property I'm trying to change is at:

readReturn -> asset -> page -> createdDate

Here's an example date returned from Webservices:

2013-05-15T17:25:28.388Z

I've tried updating this using Webservices but it doesn't work. Any advice you have is appreciated.

Thanks,
Josh

    Hi Josh,

    I don't believe it's possible to modify either the last modified date or the creation date as those are triggered by the system when those events actually occur. It looks like the WSDL contains these parameters but when they are sent in a request to the server, the server won't respond.

    We should probably add some comments to the WSDL to make this clear to users. I can log that shortly.

    Let me know if you have any further questions.

    No problem, Josh. Also, I just modified the WSDL for the application so that future releases should contain a comment for those elements mentioning that they are read-only.

    Take care!
