FORM PHP BUILDER and the WSDL

For security reasons we can not have a $_POST on our website. We can have it on a different server. However then we cannot access the http://cms.unmc.edu/ws/services/AssetOperationService?wsdl because it is on a different server. Are there any work arounds to gain access to run the file?
