I went ahead and split this discussion out to avoid potential
confusion with your other discussion.

To confirm, are you looking at moving structured data content
from one group, or set of fields, to another? Or, are you simple
trying to output existing content inside of a different page
region?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffithtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/374264702015-07-20T16:52:39Z2015-07-20T16:52:39ZMoving page content using Cascade API/Web Services

Hi Ryan,

We are moving to a new data definition and I’m trying to
map old content to the new structure. Not sure if moving content
from one region to another within the same page is considered
structured data, I would think so.

Sorry for starting the discussion in the wrong area.

Thanks,

My apologies for not responding to your discussion sooner.

Currently, the best way to map the fields would be to use Web
Services, otherwise, you would need to do things manually. I do see
a
related suggestion on our Idea Exchange for such a feature
within the application.

That being said, I highly recommend scoping out the
links that Wing posted if you have not already. His library
should be able to help get you up and running quite easily.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffith
