Velocimacro Template Library
Is it possible to take advantage of the velocimacro.library property of velocity.properties to create a library of commonly used macros? If not, I would love to hear how others are reusing macros across all of their Velocity templates.

Hi,
Currently it is not possible to modify the Velocity properties and settings. This does sound interesting; however, and I would highly recommend posting this on our Idea Exchange for others to vote up and/or comment on. Let me know if you need access to the Idea Exchange and I will send over an invitation.
In the meantime, if you are running Cascade Server 7.6+, you can take advantage of the import directive which would allow you to include a Velocity Format that contains commonly used macros.
