initial step to stop the Cascade Server.

Is it okay to upgrade without doing so? We have old
documentation that says to stop the server first.

mrenfertag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/55855472011-02-25T21:59:48Z2011-02-25T21:59:48ZStopping Cascade Server for Upgrade

Hi,

You definitely need to stop the Cascade Server process before
upgrading. Check out the instructions for upgrading
here.

Be sure to make a backup of your database before performing
any upgrade.

Thanks!

Timtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/55855472011-02-28T20:58:25Z2011-02-28T20:58:25ZStopping Cascade Server for Upgrade

Thanks, Tim.
