Can I make a page default to open on the edit tab?
Hi there,
Our Cascade Server users have started doing data entry into our system. One thing that they have asked me is if I can make it so that the edit tab opens when they select a page from the left hand menu.
Is that possible? The reason is that some pages take a long time to render and appear.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Unfortunately this is not currently possible within the scope of Cascade Server. If it is something you would like to see incorporated into the product however, please feel free to submit it to our Idea Exchange for further consideration.
Thanks!

Jeff,
Actually now that I think about it, we have addressed this issue in our upcoming 6.8 release. Please see the following page for more information regarding this feature.

Thanks, that's great news.
Also, a colleague of mine suggested that your Firefox extension could also create a shortcut to editing.

Jeff,
Yes, that's also an alternative.
Thanks!
