SFTP error during SFTP Shuttle initialization

Hello,

I have a user reporting difficulty in creating a connection between their site in Cascade and their web host. They've double-checked the username and password several times. This is the error message:

"SFTP error occurred during SFTP Shuttle initialization: Algorithm negotiation fail at..."

The user also indicates that the host server was recently upgraded to OSX 10.11 'El Capitan' if that makes any different. Is there specific encryption algorithms Cascade requires? I've attached the Cascade.log for your review in case it helps. His Destination is named ventest1.

I don't know what to suggest to the user, so any ideas you might have would be appreciated.
