Publish Sets not going out at right time since time change
We set our publish sets to go out nightly at 1:00 and tell users to set their start date metadata for 1:00. Since the time change from Daylight Saving time, items set to go out at 1:00 are not going out. Timestamps on the pages being publish show 00:00 instead of 01:00.
We have checked the application server, and it is set to PST, not PDT. Do we need to restart CS in order for it to recognize the time change or is there some other setting in CS that controls what time zone setting it is using?

Hi there,
I believe this is probably related to this known bug:
Scheduled publish times do not respect DST changes
It has been an issue for quite some time as far as I know.
We'll do what we can to get that taken care of before the next time change. Apologies for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, you should be able to do the following to work around this:
I believe those steps will 'reset' the Publish Set to fire at the correct time.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks
