Null errors with Connector

Hi there,

I'm trying to help a client get her Google Analytics connector working. I was able to create the Connector and successfully verify it, a new Analytics link is available on pages and folders as expected, but no data is appearing and it's been over 24 hours. Both our efforts to import the data result in an null error (see attaches screen caps). I've also attached screen caps from the Google Analytics admin dashboard as well as the Cascade log file in case that helps.

Can you offer any suggestions on where we might be going wrong with the set-up?

    My apologies for the inconvenience this may be causing you.

    Looking over your log file, I am seeing the following error which indicates our GA Connector project has met it's daily quota:

    2015-04-24 02:00:54,459 ERROR [GoogleAnalyticsConnector] Exceeded daily quota when executing request for connector: com.hannonhill.cascade.model.dom.GoogleAnalyticsConnector@72e6307f[type=googleanalyticsconnector,id=ff5775518078294a25486cb22f83f2b8,path=Google Analytics]. Not retrying.
    com.google.api.client.googleapis.json.GoogleJsonResponseException: 403 Forbidden

        "domain" : "global",
        "message" : "Quota Error: profileId ga:XXX has exceeded the daily request limit.",

    Unfortunately, at this point there is not much we can do here because this is a quota imposed by Google on our registered project that is used by the GA Connector. We have requested a daily limit increase to help avoid this situation and are waiting to hear back. At this point, the best thing you can do is to try to sync your Connector tomorrow to see if it goes through.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for the clarification. If/when Google replies to your request, will an update be shared with Cascade users? I'll advise my client to keep trying next week in the hopes the data will import.
