Using CAS on Windows Server

We have a well-established CAS system on campus and I'd like to move away from the clunky LDAP setup and leverage CAS when we move to Cascade 7.0.2. I've read through the docs and haven't found anyone doing it in an all-Windows Server environment - they all appear to be running Cascade on Apache. Anyone cross this bridge before?

The Hannon Hill Github has an example of how to leverage CAS on a Tomcat-and-Apache environment. You should be able to implement it in a Linux or Windows environment, although for Windows it requires much more work (e.g., compiling the Apache modules from source).

You could also develop a custom authenticator plugin using the authentication API and the JASIG CAS Client. In the redirect(...) method, you would redirect to your CAS server. And in the authenticate(...) method, you would validate the ticket like in the legacy example.
