LDAP
Can you give me any documentation on installing/configuration LDAP?
Can you use both LDAP and local authentication within Cascade?
When using users via LDAP what are the best practices for when integrating them with cascade? Do you create local groups in cascade and assign AD Users?
We plan on using secure ldap.
Thanks!

Hi William,
This link should provide you with everything you should need to setup LDAP authentication within Cascade.
Yes, you will just have to create such local authenticated users within Cascade manually and not via LDAP.
Typically you can set your AD group to sync to specific groups within Cascade Server. You can also choose whether to create the groups if they do not exist, or remove the users from current groups if they're assigned to groups you do not wish them to belong to. The configuration file contains attributes for specifying these functions.
No problem, please see this article for information on how to set this up.
Thanks!
