need to be taken:</p>
<ul>
<li>Stop Cascade</li>
<li>Restore a copy of your database from <em>prior</em> to the
upgrade</li>
<li>Install the version of Cascade that corresponds to the version
that your database was previously on</li>
<li>Configure Cascade to point to your database (which was just
restored)</li>
<li>Start Cascade</li>
</ul>
<p>Is there a specific error message you are running into? I'll be
happy to take a look at your <em>cascade.log</em> file if you can
attach it here.</p>

<p>We have upgraded the dev. environment and have been running v
7.2 for a little over a week.</p>
<p>I am now preparing to upgrade the production environment.<br>
I need some documented rollback steps for the Build Release Plan
for this upgrade.</p>

BRP. IT Admins will be running in the install with my side-seat
assistance, so, written installation is vital for them. I do not
anticipate any issues, however, I will always lean on you for any
issues that could arise.</p>
