Rollback
Please provide recommended steps to rollback from v 7.2 to previous v 6.* after installation failure.

In order to roll back from 7.2 to 6.x, the following steps will need to be taken:
Is there a specific error message you are running into? I'll be happy to take a look at your cascade.log file if you can attach it here.

No error.
We have upgraded the dev. environment and have been running v 7.2 for a little over a week.
I am now preparing to upgrade the production environment.
I need some documented rollback steps for the Build Release Plan for this upgrade.

Thanks Tim - your steps really assisted in the completion of the BRP. IT Admins will be running in the install with my side-seat assistance, so, written installation is vital for them. I do not anticipate any issues, however, I will always lean on you for any issues that could arise.
BTW - excellent additions to your fine product.
