The Cascade Server service terminated with service-specific error 0 (0x0).

This error is displayed in the Event Viewer - System Log every time Cascade Server tries to start. This is a new install. No errors were reported during the installation; the test connection to the MySQL 5 database worked as well.

    Hi Eric,

Typically this occurs when either there is an issue with memory allocation to the JVM (too much) or you're running a version of the JVM that is not compatible with Tomcat (64 bit JVM). If you're unable to diagnose this issue after checking these two ideas, please let me know and we can schedule a screensharing session to look into this further.

    Thanks!

    Eric,

I'm going to go ahead and close this issue out for now, but if you are still experiencing this behavior please reopen the ticket as we would be happy to continue looking into this problem for you.

    Thanks!
