Bulletin Board

We're working on migrating our intranet into Cascade. We currently have an online "bulletin board" where staff can post a request. This post goes into a temporary database, is reviewed by our HelpDesk and posted to the live database.

I'm wondering if there is another way to do this in Cascade. I saw in the Form Builder knowledge base article, where we can store the results as a page. Is there a way to store multiple results on a page - or would we have a page for each result and then use an index block to get the bulletin board to display as a whole?

Also, if we store the results as a page, is there a way to "hold" that page for publishing until it can be reviewed by the appropriate parties? Also, users can request that we delete a listing, is there a way to handle that in Cascade?

If you use the single page and index block approach (which I think would be better), you can use workflow to inset the approval steps. I'm not an expert on workflow in Cascade, but I know it's capable of that.

Here's a starting point from the KB: http://www.hannonhill.com/kb/Workflow/index.html
