Use frameset

Can someone share how to include frameset code in Cascade 5.7.3.? Ideally, the editor can enter the frame source via text fields.
Thanks much in advance!

Off the top of my head, I believe you would need to do something like:

    • Create a new Template with the frameset tag (and no body tag)
    • Create system-regions in place of the frames (making sure to at least have one DEFAULT region)
    • Create a new data definition that consists of a page chooser (multiple)
    • Attach the data definition to some page

Then, when a user edits the page, they can select other pages in the system. Using XSLT or Velocity, you should then be able to output the frame elements and have them point to the pages that were selected via the data definition.

    Does this make sense?

This works really well. Thanks, Tim!
In our case, I created a text field in the data definition, so editors can enter any external content as the frame source to be displayed within Cascade context.
    Thanks again.
