Hi, I am trying to set up a workflow to do the following

  1. A person in my "Pubisher Group" makes a change to a page and publishes it.
  2. Everyone in the "Marketing Group" is notified that a change was made, but no action is required.

Is there a way to do this in a workflow? Is there another way to do this? Is there any kind of RSS feed of changes made to the website?

Thanks,

Jeff

Something like this should work. If you want it to publish on submit, you need to add the publish trigger next to the merge trigger in here.

Also, you'll need to put some e-mail addresses into the recipients-email field. Or change it to a different type (e.g. by group). The details on e-mail trigger configuration are in the knowledge base.
