Hi team,
How can I export an index block XML file to local server?

   Hi Kelly,

   The easiest thing to do would be to create an XML output for a Page, attach your Index Block to the DEFAULT region of that Page (in the XML configuration), then publish the Page to your local server.

   If you aren't sure how to set up an XML output for your Pages, this article explains how to do so.

   I'll be happy to clarify any of these steps if you need more help.
