It is not currently possible to select a Folder using a chooser,
only a Block, Page, File, or Symlink (depending on the type of
chooser).

If you need the Base Folder, is there a reason to use a chooser
at all? What do you need to build a sitemap of? Every page within
the Site, or only a specific Content Type?

If you need all pages, I would suggest using a Folder Index
Block that starts at the Base Folder and only includes Pages so you
can take advantage of Index Block caching. Additionally, I would
suggest only including metadata information (no structured data) to
keep the size of the Index Block down.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffithtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/382048432015-10-16T12:04:38Z2015-10-16T12:04:38ZSelect root of whole project in Page Chooser

Ryan,

Ah, you are correct - i had thought that our deeper-level XML
Sitemap files
were based off of deeper folders - but they do have their
respective index
page selected and then it trickles down from there. Selecting the
Base
Folder index page works.

Thanks,
able to re-use your existing setup to accomplish the "whole
project" output.
