Content Ownership Assignment
i couldn't find any info on how to use new feature on Content Ownership Assignment. can you point me in the right direction?

I'm glad you asked. I looked around and couldn't find it either! I found the reason for it not publishing to our knowledge base previously and just published it out now. You can find it here:

It took me a little bit to find where the assignment is under View, but I got it. Maybe need to add View then Properties sub tab under instructions. See snapshot.
