<p>Currently, it is not possible to turn off the code completion
feature for the code editor, in general or on a per user basis.</p>
<p>I was able to locate <a href="http://ideas.hannonhill.com/forums/52559-cascade-cms-ideas/suggestions/6189552-add-a-user-preference-for-disabling-auto-complete">
this related suggestion</a> on our Idea Exchange. I highly
recommend voting this up if you would like for this feature to be
considered in a future release of Cascade.</p>
<p>In the meantime, code completion will only occur when you type
the start of an HTML tag, or if you use the TAB key to generate a
snippet. From your description, it sounds more like your existing
content is being changing as opposed to the editor completing as
you type. Can you confirm if I am understanding your description of
the behavior correctly?</p>
<p>Please let me know if you have any questions.</p>
<p>Thanks!</p></div>Ryan Griffith
