How do I download a report to a new page?
Hi,
I was asked to create a new tab on our main webpage. I created a new folder because I needed to download and post a couple of PDF/Word documents. I did this and then posted the documents. The folder showed up the next day, but the documents did not.
Did I miss something? Should I have created the new tab as a page instead? I started to do this, but noticed that there doesn't seem to be a way of posting documents on a page. Please help!
-Veronica

Hi Veronica,
Thank you for contacting Cascade support.
Your question appears to be related to your particular Cascade implementation as opposed to support for the product itself. I highly recommend contacting your Cascade administrators for assistance as they will be more familiar with how your institution's Cascade instance is set up.
I went ahead and included contacts we have on record from your institution on this discussion so they are aware of your request.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
