Hi,

I was asked to create a new tab on our main webpage. I created a new folder because I needed to download and post a couple of PDF/Word documents. I did this and then posted the documents. The folder showed up the next day, but the documents did not.

Did I miss something? Should I have created the new tab as a page instead? I started to do this, but noticed that there doesn't seem to be a way of posting documents on a page. Please help!

    Hi Veronica,

Thank you for contacting Cascade support.

Your question appears to be related to your particular Cascade implementation as opposed to support for the product itself. I highly recommend contacting your Cascade administrators for assistance as they will be more familiar with how your institution's Cascade instance is set up.

I went ahead and included contacts we have on record from your institution on this discussion so they are aware of your request.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

    Good afternoon Ryan and Veronica,

Ryan, thank you for forwarding – please close this ticket on your side. I’ve opened one in UNM help system.

Veronica, thank you for reporting this issue, we will be in touch soon (you receive a message from Help.UNM with a ticket number).

Thank you both and enjoy the weekend,
    -Neil
