I use Review Date that makes sense
A user set a Review Date on an asset and he thought it will remind HIM to review that asset. Instead it kicked off a workflow that came to me. Where is that behavior specified?

Hi Tatiana,
Workflows will be defined at the Folder level, so if you view the parent folder for the page and click on More->Workflows you should see all of the Workflows assigned to that specific folder (directly assigned or inherited).
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi Tatiana,
My apologies for the delayed response to your discussion.
Currently, when there are multiple edit workflows available to the asset, the first edit workflow returned by the database will be used; so there really is no specific order.
I highly recommend posting a suggestion to our Idea Exchange if you would like to see this functionality implemented in a future release of Cascade.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
