Can I load an XML from outside Cascade into Velocity script?

Is there a way to parse an XML that is not inside Cascade?

    Hi,

    You can use an XML Feed Block to pull XML into Cascade Server. This block can then be applied to a region, or using a chooser, and parsed by either an XSLT or Velocity Format.
