error message when publishing

Hi,
I am getting an error message that says " An error occurred during publish: The folder hierarchy does not allow this asset to be published" when I try to publish a page. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Andrew,

    This error message indicates one of the folders within this page's hierarchy is set to not be publishable. To verify, edit each folder in the hierarchy, go to the System tab, and make sure the Include when publishing checkbox is checked.
