If you are looking to customize the actual content styling
within the WYSIWYG editor, you would do so by specifying a
CSS File at the Site level by going to the Site
Management area and editing the desired Site.

If you are within the Global area still, you would want to do
the same thing, but go to System Menu -> Preferences
-> Content to choose a CSS File within the Global
area.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I am
glad to hear the CSS File preference did the trick.
