I am not sure if I am understanding your issue. Are you
attempting to add

or empty

tags to a WYSIWYG editor, or within an XML
Block?

When you have a moment, please provide sample HTML that you are
using along with detailed steps to reproduce the behavior. Also,
what version of Cascade Server are you experiencing this behavior
in?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffithtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/360992092015-02-20T19:22:01Z2015-02-20T19:22:01Zinsert a blank line in the page.

Ryan,

The workaround is to put a non-breaking space and give the tag a
class or id, i.e.:

It looks like the issue is that the WYSIWYG (ie TinyMCE) appears
to be removing the

as soon as you insert
the HTML (not on page submission). This is most likely due to some
internal cleanup by TinyMCE.

As Pavel mentioned, adding some content to the HTML by using a
non-breaking space and id/class attribute should resolve the
issue.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffith
