We have forms on our live site that need to be secure so we would like to force them to use ssl. Our web server has a ssl certificate applied but how do we force the form page to load using ssl? Is there a way that can be setup through Cascade Server?

    Hi Thane,

Currently, the only way to accomplish this would be to link to the form using https:// so the form itself loads via SSL. Unfortunately, this means you would not be able to use an internal link, instead you would have to either hard-code the link or use an External Link asset in order to generate the link.

Another option would be to create like a "forms" Site which has a Site URL starting with https://. Because these are now cross-site links, the generated links would have the appended Site URL.

That being said, we have a related suggestion on our Idea Exchange to add an option to internal linking that would allow you to essentially enforce which protocol to use. I highly recommend voting this suggestion up if you would like to see it implemented in a future release of Cascade Server.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!
