internal link
How do I create an internal link from the text of a page to a
pdf file located in documents? The way I used to do it is highlight
the text, click the link icon etc. Today, this isn't working.
Thanks

Hi Sherry,
Can you further describe the behavior you are seeing after you click the 'Insert Link' button? Is there any error message or do you just not see the link appear in the content? Also, can you tell me which browser you are using?
Thanks

The browser is Explorer. I tried Chrome and it’s working OK. Sorry to bother you!
With Explorer there was no error message, it just didn’t work.
Thanks,
Sherry

No worries, Sherry! I figured there was a chance you were using IE based on the initial behavior you mentioned. We're currently aware of the issues that are specific to IE and are working to correct them. They stem from the fact that our 3rd party WYSIWYG editor (TinyMCE) does not support IE 11. You can track this issue here.
In the meantime, your best bet will be to use a different browser (as you've done) until the item I mentioned has been corrected.
Have a good one!

You bet! Also, I noticed above that I should have mentioned that the current version of TinyMCE in the application does not support IE. There are newer versions of TinyMCE available that do support IE 11 which we will be looking to integrate into the application as a part of the issue I linked above.
Take care, Shelly.
