Though I am new to Cascade, I believe what you need to do is
create an Unordered Step call it something like "Author Edit". Then
create an action on your reviewer step to go to that step instead
of using Previous Step. That will maintain the changes the user
made but send it back for further edit. Then add an action to the
Author Edit step to go back to the reviewer step to complete the
circle.

Hope that helps,
unordered step 'pruser'?

I would like the user to be automatically based upon whomever
initiated the original edit.

Michael Patricktag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/16269942010-05-07T20:06:17Z2010-05-07T20:06:59ZHelp with Workflow

Oops, I forgot to add the "assignToWorkflowOwner" trigger. Added
that trigger and that should do it for you. You still have to
supply a default user or group to assign to but it should go back
to the original person. Attached an updated workflow. And that
pruser is a user in my system, you would put in a user or group in
your system.

Kristag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/16269942010-05-07T20:27:08Z2010-05-07T20:27:08ZHelp with Workflow

That is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

Michael Patrick
