Currently, it is not possible to disable the extensions added to
the internal links, or remove the extension from the Page's
outputs. I was able to find this
related suggestion on our Idea Exchange to no longer require
file extensions for Page outputs.

Let me know if you need access to the Idea Exchange and I will
send over an invitation.

That being said, you may be able to apply a Page, Configuration
Set, or Template level XSLT Format to remove the extension when the
page is rendered, but I need to confirm if the format is applied
before or after the extensions are added.

Another option could be to replace the output's file extension
with an extension-less value, such as
-page
or simply

-
. Because the extension field is required, at least
one character is necessary.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffith
