Generating Section 508 Compliant PDFs
One of our university clients needs their site to be Section 508 compliant, and they have a PDF configuration of every page published out by Cascade. Our accessibility scanner is saying that, for these PDFs, "Document titles must not be blank. To solve this, it says:
For Office documents and PDF documents produced from Office, fill in the Title in Document Properties before saving as PDF.
However, since Cascade is generating the PDFs, I obviously can't do this. Does anyone know how to make Cascade generate accessible PDF files? Thanks.

Currently, our PDF generator (Apache FOP) doesn't support PDF metadata. The latest version of FOP does. There are no concrete plans to upgrade at this point, but it is a possibility. If you could add your input and votes on this idea, that would be a great vote for improved PDF support.
