Metadata Sets

If you switch metadata sets (even to a new set that is an exact duplicate of the old one), you seem to lose values for dynamic fields (wired fields are maintained). This doesn't seem to be the case for data definitions. Is this a bug? (I'm using 6.4.5)

    Hi Sara,

It looks like this is something that was never implemented to begin with. However, I think it makes sense for us to consider having this functionality since Data Definitions work in this manner (although this stopped working in 6.7 for DDs due to a bug).

I've created an issue to address this Metadata problem here.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks!
