Does the "Compare with Current" feature of a workflow only work for the default area?
We are preparing to begin using workflow in our 6.7 environment, and I have received reports that the Compare with Current doesn't always highlight changes. My guess is that it doesn't highlight changes in extended structured content fields, but is that true? The documentation doesn't suggest any caveats.

Or (the more likely answer) am I just doing something wrong?
Thank you,
Dan

Hi Dan,
Yes - the 'compare with current' engine performs a diff on the DEFAULT region. It does not, as you mentioned, compare changes between structured data fields.
It looks like our documentation needs to be updated to mention this fact. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks
