Is there a way to check the subscribers of a certain File (ex. CSS file)? Is the subscribers feature only applied to templates, configuration sets, data definitions, etc.?

    The Subscribers tab is not available for things like Page and File assets. However, if you click Delete on the File, you will be taken to a confirmation screen that should list out any relationships in the system. Then, you can click Cancel (so you don't end up deleting the asset).

    Keep in mind that this will list any relationships created via links in the content of other assets. It will not list relationships made via asset choosers in structured data.
