Workflow access
When I'm in a workflow definition, what is the difference between clicking the 'EDIT' tab to assign applicable groups VS clicking the 'ACCESS' tab?
Must you assign all groups that have Access to the workflow via the ACCESS tab?

Hi Dolores,
The access tab is is relative to users who can access the actual Workflow definition and can make edits to it (i.e. change the Workflow's behavior). The applicable groups field pertains to the users or groups who this Workflow actually applies to (i.e. when used on a Folder/Asset).
Thanks!
