Copying Folders in 6.7.6

We recently copied a folder containing an entire section of our site with multiple sub folders and pages within Cascade. Immediately we noticed a lot of folders were missing. Trying it again seemed to work, but we discovered some time later that some of the deeper sub-folders didn't all copy. Copying them over individually seemed fine; however, multiple calls from users later told us that there were still files that didn't copy over.

Is this an issue in the new 6.7.6 version? We've never had this happen before. Is copying supposed to grab all files and sub folders? What would prevent that function?

Copying Folders is a background task which could take a bit of time depending on how many assets are being moved. Do you know approximately how long users waited before they checked the new (copied) Folder to find that some assets were missing? At this point, unless some errors were reported in your log file from that day, the only thing I can think of that would prevent users from seeing all of the assets that should have been copied over is if the copy hadn't quite finished yet.
