Are we suppose to use the new help/support website?
I noticed this morning that the old support website has been archived. That's cool and all BUT I'm not able to login with my same credentials as I do on the archives on the new support website. Am I suppose to register again for that website? Also was there a email/memo sent out about the change?

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We transitioned to a new support software yesterday and, because it is an entirely new system, your old credentials will no longer work. While you can submit tickets without registering, we highly recommend registering so you can post on the public forum and view private topics that are reserved for community members.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to transition to the new software.
