Edit logo image
I'd like to edit a logo image, but not able to publish.
Here is what I did.
1) Go to image folder to find wssu_logo2.jpg
2, select edit tab and upload the new logo image
3), submit the change -- new image displays properly so far
4) publish the image-- problem: back to old image.
Is it because locked somewhere? If it is the case, how can I unlock it?

Hi,
To clarify when you say "publish the image-- problem: back to old image," are you referring to viewing the live file on your website? If so, did you check the generated publish report to see if there were any issues encountered during publish? You should expect to see one successful job.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi,
Just to double-check, are you submitting the change prior to publishing? Based on your screenshots, it appears you are uploading the new file, but going directly to the publish screen. This would explain why you continue to see the older version when viewing the file within Cascade.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Thanks for your hint. The problem is uploaded new image name with space in it which caused the upload image unsuccessful.
The problem is resolved. Thank you.
