Hello. The form builder link on this page is broken. Does Cascade no longer support this? Thanks.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for the heads up! I looked into this and it appears that we've had the updated page ready to go but it was failing to publish due to a directory permissions issue on our web server. I just modified those settings and re-published with the correct links.

    Try doing a hard refresh on that page and you should see this correct link now:

    Let me know if you need anything else!

    Tim, I also noticed there are some broken links on that page:
    Form Content Type

      * Form Data Definition.xml<https://github.com/hannonhill/Velocity-Cookbook/tree/master/PHP-Form-Builder/form/form-data-definition.xml> (Data Definition)
      * form-display.vm<https://github.com/hannonhill/Velocity-Cookbook/tree/master/PHP-Form-Builder/form/form-display.vm> (Velocity Format)

    Optional Results Content Type

      * Generic Results Data Definition.xml<https://github.com/hannonhill/Velocity-Cookbook/tree/master/PHP-Form-Builder/results/generic-results-data-definition.xml> (Data Definition)
      * generic-result.vm<https://github.com/hannonhill/Velocity-Cookbook/tree/master/PHP-Form-Builder/results/generic-results.vm> (Velocity Format)
      * Custom Results Data Definition.xml<https://github.com/hannonhill/Velocity-Cookbook/tree/master/PHP-Form-Builder/results/custom-results-data-definition.xml> (Data Definition Example: will need to be modified based on form)
      * custom-results.vm<https://github.com/hannonhill/Velocity-Cookbook/tree/master/PHP-Form-Builder/results/custom-results.vm> (Velocity Format Example: will need to be modified based on form)

    Thanks for the heads up (again)! It looks like this was moved in our Github and someone forgot to update all of those links. I just went ahead and made the necessary updates so it should all be set now.

    Let me know if you run into any other problems.

    Thanks!
