Hello,

I was just looking for some feedback on how you guys handle media files (specifically video and audio files) Do you allow your "customers" to upload them in the Cascade Server, or is it a BIG No No and you have a separate media server? Do you have restrictions on the file sizes, file types in the Cascade Server? Basically: How does your institution handle this? Any feedback appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Avi,

I'm hoping some other organizations will chime in here to give you some feedback, but if you don't get any responses, I would recommend emailing the Higher Education Cascade User Group List. If you aren't on that list, do a google search for 'hiedcascade' and it will be the first match.

    Hi Tim,

Thank you, that was actually my intention but I was too fast. I did email
the hiedcascade listserv and got some good feedback.

Thank you again for your help!

Perfect. Thanks for the update, Avi! I'll leave this open for a bit to see if anyone else chimes in on this one.
