License Key Error

I am one of the administrators for Cornell College in Mount Vernon Iowa. We received two different License keys via email and neither work. The first:
77.172.129.22.228.253.161.67.253.99.207.192.110.103.55.132

precms
throws the error,
No hostname in the License [precms] matched hostname of local machine [cms1]
The second:
37.239.239.165.217.31.207.242.198.205.230.157.226.45.214.236
1.2
1427846400000
433
0
0
csd03515
throws a similar error,
No hostname in the License [csd03515] matched hostname of local machine [cms1]

It appears we need a key tuned to our server cms1.

   Hi Dan, I can help you with that. Were the two licenses for the same machine? Were they a production license, a test license or a development license?

   It is possible one was for our test machine cmstest. The production
   machine is cms1.

   I see. Can you please try to copy/paste this license that was generated for you around the same time into the text box and see if it works?

   I see 3 licenses generated on 4/1/15 for cms1 (Production), precms (Test), and csd03515 (Development)

   number 3.
