I was wondering if there is a way to create a google analytics widget specific to a folder and only viewed by specific users? Can something like that be done?

    Hi Matthew,

The analytics widgets will include overview information gathered by the GA Connector. Because there is a limit of one GA Connector per Site, it really depends on how you have your Connector configured and who has access to the Site.

You could theoretically configure the Connector to point to a GA Profile that is limited to a specific directory on your Site and restrict the Site accordingly, but that wouldn't be very useful.

I am thinking you would be better off creating custom views or reports within Google Analytics and granting access to those as opposed to restricting the GA Connector.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!
