Problem editting .htgroup file after creation

I've been using Cascade to manage and edit my .htaccess files without any issues. Yesterday I started working on a site that used an .htgroup file in association w/ the .htaccess file. I was able to create the file without any problems. However, when I try to edit the file I get no editor in the Data section that allows me to edit the file.

I've attached some images of what I see.

  1. htgroup-view.jpg - What I see in the view mode. It shows the file actually has content. (content is blurred out for privacy as it contains usernames)
  2. htgroup-edit.jpg - What I see when I click edit.

I have testing this on our production system 6.7.2 and out test system 6.7.4 and get the same results.

Any ideas?

    Try this:

    • Click System Menu -> Preferences -> Content
    • In the Editable File Extensions field, add .htgroup to the list

Let me know if that helps.

    Thank Tim!

That did it. I also added it to the Plain Text File Extensions and the preview renders correctly now.
