What browser(s) are you seeing the border in? Do you have a
published URL that I can take a look at?

It sounds as though there may be CSS applied to the iframe that
is causing the border to appear. One thing you can try is to add

style="border:0"
to the

tag to force no border styling to be applied.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffithtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/337199572014-07-10T15:27:24Z2014-07-10T19:06:56Ziframe gray border

Here is the published page I am talking about,

http://www.uta.edu/oit/about-us/OITorgchart.php

You see a gray border around the page.

Also when I click on one of the links on the pdf, it goes to the
managers profile or content area and that is also surrounded by the
gray border,

The other issue is these links open in the frame for IE and
Firefox but generate a completely new page for chrome. You can try
and see what I mean.

Thank you,
of a PDF rendering problem rather than a Cascade Server problem,
but I can certainly try to help.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the gray within the
iframe, or the border around the iframe in your original
screenshot?

If you are referring to the gray within the iframe, I believe
that is built into the PDF renderer and there really isn't much you
can do about that. Specifically, when zooming out, you will notice
the gray area gets larger and when zooming in it should get
smaller. There are <a href=

some parameters available when opening PDFs, but I am not sure
if they are applicable when rendering inline like that. If they
are, perhaps the view parameter might help.

As for the links, again this sounds like the PDF itself and how
they are handled by the browser.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffith
