<p>Because all users have inherent access to the Global Area, I
believe you would need to change the Default (All) permission on
the <strong>Base Folder</strong> within the Global area to NONE and
add individual Group and User permissions to the Base Folder as
needed. This should essentially hide the entire Base Folder within
Global unless otherwise specified.</p>
<p>Another option, as Jason suggested, would be to migrate into
Sites because you would have more fine grained control over access
to individual Sites.</p>
