just happened again to our Academic Affairs group. But just
recently Academic Affairs had a folder completely disappear and
there is no way to retrieve it nor the draft.

Any suggestions????

Michael Barreratag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/270677252013-05-29T21:31:32Z2013-05-29T21:31:32ZWhy do drafts disappear??

Hi Michael,

You mentioned a Folder completely disappeared. Can you confirm
if this Folder was deleted accidentally? You can check the Recycle Bin if you
are using Sites in Cascade 6.7+, or check the Group's Audit history
for a deletion entry. If the Folder does still exist, but is only
visible to certain Users (eg admins), then the Access Rights may
have been changed recently.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Ryan Griffithtag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/270677252013-05-29T22:05:29Z2013-05-29T22:05:29ZWhy do drafts disappear??

Hey Ryan thanks for the quick response.

The situation has been resolved...turns out the folder was
deleted by someone which explains why the drafts went away too.

Sorry for these sudden tickets that open...we are in a hyper
speed mode since we are rolling out a new redesign launch this
Friday.

Michael Barreratag:help-archives.hannonhill.com,2010-02-09:Comment/270677252013-05-30T11:58:21Z2013-05-30T11:58:21ZWhy do drafts disappear??

Not a problem at all, Michael. Glad to hear you were able to
track this down.

Have a great day!

Ryan Griffith
