Can the Metadata Set of a Base Folder be modified?

   I just tried this on my local instance of Cascade Server and I was able to modify the Metadata Set of one of my Site's Base Folders. If you are receiving an error when attempting to do so, can you attach your cascade.log file shortly after you've reproduced the issue?
