Publish Set Occasionally Publishes Wrong Output
We're running Cascade 7.0 and occasionally a page which uses a folder index block and a xslt format for one section occasionally publishes with the value of the index block that used to be there instead of the current folder contents.
It's inconsistent, and the Preview in Cascade shows the proper output. Seems to be a caching issue, but I don't know how to flush block cache.

Hi,
One common scenario that I've seen cause this issue is a separate development or test environment publishing out old content to your live web site. Can you check to see if you have a separate instance of Cascade Server that is running against a copy of your production database? If you do, make sure that you disable your Destinations in that test environment - otherwise, it will be firing scheduled publishes just as your production instance does.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks
